At this point it may be necessary to escalate the repair to a serious infection
After scanning it may be necessary to carry out a more serious remedy for badly infected PC’s see Serious virus infections this will incur an additional charge
Clean and remove all potentially unwanted files left by certain programs including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome etc
Locate and correct Windows Registry issues
Run a maintenance utility to free disk space delete temporary files and clean Microsoft update history
Check PC for thermal properties
At this point will recommend installing ESET Nod Internet security to prevent future infections
Finally we will create a System Restore Point

Serious virus infections - additional £80.00

After running and trying to remove infections using our virus & health check routine it may become necessary to take more serious action. It may be necessary to carryout a full Windows operating system installation (customer must supply a valid COA) in order to guarantee that the system is virus free including a Hard drive replacement (with basic windows installation, no data to recover and no data to back up) (includes 500gb new hard drive, larger drives available)
