From your initial call we will advise on whether we feel that we think that a on-site visit would be appropriate, if so we will attend site and spend no more then 2 hours on-site, alternatively you can drop your PC at at our workshop in Crawley, we can also collect it.

How much will a Computer repair in Crawley West Sussex & Surrey cost?

PC repairs can be very time consuming, downloading drivers, scanning drives and updating. We offer two types of repair, Immediate and scheduled, these can be on-site at your home, business or within our workshop in Bonnetts Lane, Ifield, Crawley, RH11 0NY.

Immediate repairs are designed for urgent repairs, call us out and we will attend your home or business and expedite a repair as soon as possible. This incurs a £15 call out fee and a on-site labour charge of £45.00 per hour. If the Computer PC needs more time consuming rebuild, then we will return it to our workshop where the work will be carried out at a fixed cost of £35.00 per hour.

Scheduled repairs are designed to keep costs as low as possible, these repairs are undertaken in our workshop and can take two weeks  to complete as the repair occurs when we are not involved with Immediate repairs. You can drop your computer at our office or we can collect it which will incur a £15 fee. Our workshop labour rate is £27.00 per hour.

Fixed price repair tariff (Scheduled repair)

• Health Check £27.50 - PC/laptop computer health check
• Support task £45 - Support task (any) up to 1 hour
• RAM Memory upgrade £27.50 - RAM/Memory upgrade (ram not included)
• Virus Scan & Health Check £40 - Virus scan & removal followed by PC Health Check  (low infection on a fast PC)
• Virus Removal & Health Check from £60 - Virus Removal (high infection on a slow PC) followed by PC Health Check
• Hard drive replacement  £100 - Hard drive replacement (with full Windows installation (customer must supply a valid COA), all updates, backup, restore any data, install essential software  – free anti virus, free office, etc.) £100.00 (includes 500gb new hard drive – add £25.00 for set up of broadband, printer, anti virus, email)
• Hard drive Upgrade £50 - Hard drive Upgrade (clone) (this will take an exact copy of current Windows system installation, including your files and any installed software)  (this service does not include a new hard drive – please ask for a price for the hardware. Price will vary dependant on the size and type required for the upgrade)
• Basic Windows installation £40 - Basic Windows installation (no data to backup or recover. Windows & drivers only) (customer must supply a valid COA) (does not include setting up printers, broadband, emails etc.)
• Full Windows installation £60 - Full Windows installation (backup and restore user data, latest windows updates, free anti virus, latest drivers, office) (customer must supply a valid COA)  (add £25.00 for set up of broadband, printer, anti virus, email)
• Data Recovery from £40 - Data Recovery (File Recovery) £40.00 (Logical damage – typically ranges from £40 to £? depending on the size and complexity of the case)
• Laptop keyboard replacement £30 - Laptop keyboard replacement + keyboard (from £15 depending on key board model)
• PC clean physical £15 - We will remove cases and clean CPU heat sink, power supply and case interior
• Basic tuition £45 – 1 to 1 tuition per hour (basic computer usage, such as eBay, safe browsing, office applications, Windows 10 etc.)

Please note all repairs must be paid for before equipment is returned, we accept cash or card payments, we do not accept cheque's.
